Brewed with a 2 Row Barley and Malted Oat base, along with large amounts of Chit Malt, Unmalted Wheat, Flaked Oats and a touch of Golden Promise. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Citra and fermented with a brand new to us yeast. Double dry hopped with a large charge of El Dorado, backed by Mosaic BBC Pure and Citra Cryo. Aromas of Meyer Lemon and candied pineapple jump out with undertones of pink Starburst. The flavors follow suit and lend way to a soft mouthfeel and a moderately dry finish, which accentuates a little bitterness and cleans the palette.

Can from the brewery into pint glass. Pours a murky gold (SRM 6-ish) with a thin, fine-bubbled, off-white head. Initial impression is pineapple, lemon, and a hint of pine. Mouthfeel is medium, clean, and refreshing. Finish is more citrus, gradually fading to a slight bitterness. Not an overwhelming hop bomb, nor the juiciest NEIPA I've had, but quite enjoyable nonetheless.
