Jahmba - Papaya/Banana/Soursop

Our house Jahmba conditioned on a blend of papaya and soursop puree along with a small amount of banana puree. Although we used the same amount of fruit in this variant, the blend comes across not as chunky and almost "spritzy". The papaya lends to a blend of tart cantaloupe with hints of unripe mango, backed by a tangy citrus and almost sweet floral aromas from the soursop. The banana provides a firm backbone and almost seems a little under-ripe from the combination with the other fruits. The result is very reminiscent of a Papaya Bellini, and would be a perfect pairing with brunch!
