When our brewer lived in Europe he would often wake up and crave Belgian waffles, so he’d drive to Belgium to get ‘em. Sadly, he can’t do that anymore, so he made a beer with those tasty Belgian waffles in mind. Our sour base is blended with tons and tons of strawberries and blueberries, then conditioned on the best waffles and topped with a drizzle of maple syrup, to bring you a delicious “liquid” breakfast.
