This beer comes off as more of a wild ale than a kolsch, nose is resin hops and Brett, starts off a bit tart with a definite brett taste, slick hop finish with a light body and good amount of carbonation, a delicious beer but I feel it is in the wrong catagory.

Sweet Crude has a very thick, off-white head, a somewhat hazy, golden appearance, and heavy lacing. The aroma is of sweet grain and citrus, and the flavor is of sweet white bread crust and mild hop resin & bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Sweet Crude finishes fairly crisp.
