0.5l bottle into a Willi Becher.
The nose is like clean round stones in a calm stream.
Anise. Medicine note. Muted bergamot. Booth smooth and sharp. Linseed oil, damp benches. Has that air-resort freshness. Little body, no sweetness. If you don't get hung up on that it's an easy drinker. After a few minutes and a couple more it sits still in the glass like bedrock. Very relaxing.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with thick, soapy head.
Smell is bready and a bit yeasty. Crisp with notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and wheat dough.
Taste is bready, crisp and a bit yeasty with a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, citrus, rye and wheat dough with some floral hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Kellerbier, very drinkable.
