Clear, golden color. Big, white head. Grass, lemon, and malt in the aroma. Crisp and hoppy with strong herbal bitterness. A good pilsner for some spicy food.

On draft at Falling Knife. Poured a crystal clear, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of biscuity malt, toffee and floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a mild bitterness.

16oz pour shared with me, thanks Dillon! Looks great, mild scents. Very bitter, but otherwise it's an authentic German pilser experience available here at the Saint's stadium

On tap at Butcher's Tail 7/20/24. Nonick pint glass. 2 pints.
L: SRM 4.5 Pours clear mid caramel color with a 1/4" frothy white head that has good retention, steady fine carbonation, leaves random med-thick scattered lacing.
S: A hint of funk, fruits, grains, nothing specific.
T: Slightly over ripe fruits, light pear, light citrus, a suggestion of lemon grass, gently earthy tasting, grains, a malty biscuit bread note.
F: Lightly brisk, medium-bodied feel with a medium length lightly drying finish.
O: A great tasting brew with a really nice feel and look. Not a crusher and also not a sipper. Just really good beer. It is very good in its style.

Clear golden appearance with a finger of white foam and pretty thick lacing. Aromas of biscuit, grass, honey, lemon, and lager yeast. Taste is a clone of the smell, no depth to the yeast, hops or even the malts though. Feel is light, moderately crisp, smooth and clean but kind of bland over time.

16 fl oz pull-tab can:
$3.79 USD plus tax. "Northern German Pilsner." 5.0% ABV.
Looks dull and uninviting. There's no vibrance or life to its dull copper colour at all. Not the bright vibrant yellow colour I'd hope for.
Way too bready for a pilsner. Almost drinks like a Maibock. The Noble hop character is decent though, with some generic grassiness coming through but not Saaz-like spice or crackery flavour.
Lacks the crisp clean mouthfeel I'd expect in a competent pilsner.
Drinkable but far from top-tier, and at $3.79 USD/pint it's a bit of a joke...but I guess that's on me. I'll be wary buying Falling Knife going forward.

16oz can. Label includes the admonition to 'DRINK FRESH', but there is no dating on the can or on the label.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head upon pouring, result in a tiny bubble cap. Each quaff leaves behind a webbing and pattern of lacing.
Aroma is bready with a touch of spicy hops.
Taste is bread and butter. Toward the end there is a hop bite. End is dry.
Medium mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
The butter flavor is unfortunate, and detracts from the ending bite.

Another try on a 4-pack. No dating information on the can, but this one has an ABV% of 5.0.
Clear, pale gold color body. Multi finger white head recedes to partial cap. Lacing rings.
Aroma is bready with a some fruity/floral/spicy hops.
Taste is toasted malt, with a good balance of spicy hops.
Good medium beer drinking body, and very good carbonation.
Clean, crisp pilsner. Updated rankings.

I have had a couple of this brewery's beers on-tap and was not impressed, first time drinking from a can. Clear, golden color with a finger of sudsy head. Aroma of bread and unfortunately butter. A bit of spicy hops sneaks in as well. The flavor is better than the aroma as just a small bit of butter is tasted. Very bready flavor almost like a Vienna Lager. Nice hop bite and some flavor. Not surprised that this brewery made this beer sweet, I prefer my pilsners on the dryer side. This brewery has a long way to go.

Just had on tap at Tilia. Has a rich noble hop aroma with some bread dough. It is bright gold with a 1/2" cap with good retention. Noble hop flavors and doughy malt are in balance. Medium plus hop bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Has a rich, crisp clean bitter finish. Flavorful, drinkable, and very repeatable.
