A big thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml capped bottle into a Founders snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Pours dense, black. Spotty, sticky lace. Almost a pinkish, reddish hue to this one. Nose is chocolate, molasses, sugar, brownie, lactose, sweet cream, and vanilla. Really cakey. Beer opens chocolate cake, mint, toasted coconut, and vanilla. Big lactose and vanilla in the middle. I get molasses, rainbow cookie, and sweet cream as well. Fudge and more chocolate at the end. Sweet and syrupy finish. Body is full with moderate carbonation. Some bubbles on the palate and goes down foamy. Lingering, filmy finish.
This one's sweet... but not too sweet. Actually pretty good.

On tap. Tan head. Dark brown color, basically black.
This is alright. The vanilla shows the most. I taste an interesting flavor which I thick is the pistachio. The coconut only seems to add creaminess. Chocolate, fudge, and cake flavors. Very pastryey.
Decent, but not the biggest fan.
