Solid offering. At the tap room. Pours a clear rich but dull gold, a little white head and then lacing. Bready malt, faint whiff of sulfur, faint floral hops…nice nose. Taste follows perfectly. Mouthful is on point: for the abv, fairly full, carb is medium, finish is on the dry side of things.
I enjoyed this one a lot. Would be interested to do a side by side with Surly’s Hell. I bet it would do well.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Brilliant one finger white head, which recedes to a thin cap. Just a few partial rings of lacing.
Aroma is toasted, bready malt and an accompanying fruity, floral hops. Sulfur here.
Taste is full breaded malts and balancing floral hops. Sulfur is expressed. Tight, dry aftertaste.
Thinner than medium mouth but very crisp and clean in expression. Very good carbonation.
Well balanced crisp, clean and dry lager experience. One sip demands another. Slightly sweet, malty, and well put together.

Pours a clear golden color but has a very little head or lacing. Smell is grainy hoppy bready floral and herbal. Taste follows nose nice noble floral crisp hops with grain bread and malts. Mouth feel is crisp but is under carbonated a little flat on feel and is overall thin on taste .While drinkable it was not well balanced it was it was not as crisp or clean as i would have liked.
