Canned 11/11/22 (3 month ago)
Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity) medium to pale golden yellow color with a massive white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange and grapefruit citrus zest. Some zesty pineapple with vinous notes. Zesty and citrusy. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong, juicy flavors of orange citrus, zesty pineapple, grapefruit citrus, some vinous notes. Yeasty and dry. (4.25)
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Yeasty and leans dry. (4.25)
Compared to Toppling Goliath Celestial Paradox 2/2023: Pours lighter, hazier, similar head. Milder aromas. More grapefruit citrus and zesty pineapple. Less sweet orange and canteloupe. Yeastier and dryer.
Overall: A surprisingly and dangerously good NEIPA here. Haven't always been impressed with Falling Knife NEIPAs, but this one is darn good and might make me rethink. Nice combo of Citra and Strata give a grapefruit citrus, zesty pineapple, clean vinous yeast flavor. Dangerously drinkable and dry and clean for 8.5%. This one was good. (Rating: 4.18)

Well a collaboration between Falling Knife and Junkyard. Pours a hazy golden straw color with a one finger white head Smell is juicy floral and tropical. taste has melon citrus, papaya ,pineapple and berries . Mouth feel is soft and juicy nice hop profile to style . Falling Knife excels in this style ,Junkyard along for the ride.
