Pricey 500ML bottle from the April release; this was my favorite on tap.
The pour is clear & red as Myanmar amber with a sweet citrus on the nose.
Listening Tree is sweet, sweet citrus with a strong lick of bourbon, which contributes to plenty of booziness. Mid-palate there is leather, caramel, with a silky smooth finish. Thin for the ABV & that ain’t an insult; I could have a couple bottles of this.
A very good wheatwine & outside of the magnificence of Kitten Treats, the best locally produced of the style around.

Pours slightly cloudy copper/orange with a thin tan head. Leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is caramel, roasted malt, bourbon and a touch of citrus. Flavor follows the nose, a bit sweet but not cloying at all. Feel is medium bodied. Overall, a fabulous beer.

On tap at the taproom. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of toffee, caramel, whiskey and vanilla. Great whiskey, oak, vanilla, toffee and caramel taste.

On tap. Cloudy orange copper brown.
Nice light sweetness with vanilla and some orange citrus. Caramel and toffee. Fruity esters. Oak, wood, bourbon. Some warming notes. Very smooth and flavorful. A great ba wheatwine.
