16oz can. Stamp on bottom lip reads 'PKG: 1/26/24'.
Mostly clear, medium amber colored body. Two fingers of beige head turns into a full cap and extended ring. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma of date, raisin, and caramel candy.
Taste is stone fruit sweet - raisin and plum, with further sweetness from caramel and toffee. Bitterness is low but there is a spice note.
More than medium mouthfeel. Slight syrup texture. Higher ABV% is warming instead of burning. Good carbonation.
Full of yeast ester flavors and a little dry.
