16 oz can into a Becher.
L: Pours a slightly straw dirty yellow color with a thin tight white head, steady carbo, good head retention, full circumference medium-light complex webby lacing.
S: Citrus, light lemon, distant fruit bread.
T: Lemon, grapefruit, citrus zest: all slightly over ripe. Pine resin, white grape, a hint of dry fruit bread, a light earthy orchard halo, it is tart and a bit tangy, it is medium-full flavored and there is lingering bitterness in the finish.
F: Rather brisk medium bodied mouthfeel with a long fairly dry finish.
O: Quite tasty and true to style. The feel softens over time if the pint lasts very long at all. It is very refreshing, has a good full taste dressed with lemon & citrus, and is bitter with a style-correct dry finish. It is outstanding.
