Collision Brewing Company and Restaurant

 

Shiny new brewery/ restuarant with an art decor car hop-ish 50s garage-ish look and feel. Large open floor plan with tasting room to the right opposite the entry. Small straight bar seats about a dozen with a few rows of tables opposite the bar, a separate dining room area on the left, and an outdoor patio in front. Lively dinner crowd for a Tuesday night. 18 well-assorted beers on tap, plus a half dozen guest taps. I had the YOLO(Your Oil Light Is On) they got me at the name, but a very good Scottish ale, and one of their guest taps Chinstrap, also very nice. Fast, friendly, and efficient service. I had the bangers and mash, very tasty. Great place to grab a bite and a brew, I hope to make it back before long.
