Bavaria is prodigal when comes to good beer, hands down. It doesn't get any better than this.
Regensburger by Bischofhof keep the tradition going. Good and enjoyable, balanced, crispy and spot on hoppy.

It pours a golden base, small white head, head retention lasts a few minutes and fades and a few specs of lace. It smells like there is a speck of hop in this one.
The taste is pretty good in terms of lagers, it tastes like a one-dimensional beer though, it like a few good hops got into an American macro, however, a refreshing aftertaste. It pretty smooth on the palette and that refreshing aftertaste is worth noting again. It's drinkable but I would prefer to have a session with another beer.
Final Thought: Very disappointing after having the on-top Helles in the Biergarten in Regensburg, now that was a flavorful beer!
