This is a pleasant, fairly solid, but rather simple, helles, possessed of some character and nice light crispness, but a bit lacking in character compared to many other helles biers.
Pale gold, it has a very, very big white head, steadily shrinking to a lasting, thin rocky foam, with some thin, foamy lace.
Aroma is bright, fresh bread, herbs, hay, light apple and honey. It's a good, solid helles character.
Taste is at first mineral, zesty herb, light lemon and bread dough. Lightly bitter up front, it gradually sweetens for a dryish finish and aftertaste of mineral, yeasty dough, grass. However, it quickly becomes a bit thin, bland, and subdued, and thin in feel. It retains a light, crisp character of faintly yeasty bread with hints of grass and something else, maybe lemon pulp.

Brilliant pale golden beer with a frothy bright white head on top. Musty herbal hops and a light pale malt sweetness in the nose. Light malt sweetness in the flavor with hints of grains along with tea and grassy hop flavors. Lightly carbonated, almost watery mouthfeel makes it easy to drink. A nice Helles.

Limpid, clean, golden yellow. Beautiful head, white and creamy. Appearance OK.
In the smell the malt is evident, but it is accompanied by a light grassy hop. Clean smell.
Pleasant taste, with the maltiness predomiannt, but well balanced. The hop is noticeable again, with a light honey.
Drinkable.
In the aftertaste, dominated by the maltiness, obviously, the hop is a good presence, grassy (maybe sage?).
Medium body.
