Nice pour on this bottle, with airy head. Color is murky orange. Aroma is sourdough/pumpernickel. Taste is slightly sour, citrus. Mouth feel leans towards the watery side. A little off from other keller styles.

A clear, dark golden beer with a frothy big head.

Smell is very grainy and smells like spent grains of 2 days old. Very grainy, it reminds me of pet food. I know this is an unfiltered beer, but the smell is just not very appealing.

Taste is also very grainy with spent grains in there. A dusty spent grain taste that is, wort-like and even a bit nutty. sweet wort that has gone bad. Very little bitterness. Not very exciting and not my cuppa tea.

This one blew my mind and almost gave me sensory overload. Pouring light amber with a bright white head and good carbonation, you could easily mistake it for just another lager, until you put your nose anywhere near it.

The nose on this beer is quite amazing, smelling of stables, extra mature farmhouse cheddar cheese and other farmhouse smells - it reminded me of a cowshed.

The beer then tasted like overripe bananas, it was sweetish and smooth, like bread and butter pudding, with honey.

It was simply a wonderful beer to drink, I loved it.
