A: Honey-tinged cider.
S: Red pepper jam, orange peel, sweet biscuit malt, raw bell peppers. A bit of apricot.
M: Med body, somewhat sticky, mod carb.
T: A rather straightforward mash-up of spicy pepper jam x orange marmalade. Served atop biscuits for breakfast. Really good malt base lets the adjunct shine. Fresh and green vegetal with a subtle spiciness.
