Canned to order at the taproom. Kept cold and opened that evening. Poured into a tulip.
Smell - light toasted malt, faint hops
Look - very pale gold, thin white head that dissipates quickly, retains a little island of foam in the center. No lacing.
Taste - delicate and refreshing. Nice balance hops and malt. No hops persistence.
Feel - light almost to the point of watery. Active carbonation in the glass but little in the mouth.
I would buy this again if I knew I had guests that like pils.
