Pours a fairly clear yellow with solid, soft head.
Smell is bready and crisp, with spicy and floral notes. Very clean.
Taste is clean and floral. Notes of white pepper, crackers and floral hops, with a moderate bitterness. Slightly dry finish. Excellent balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific pilsner from an up and coming brewery.
