Pours a dark reddish orange with low head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of strawberries, jam, ice cream and a hint of malt and milkshake.
Taste is tart with a bit of sweetness. Notes of strawberries, jam and ice cream with a slight bitterness. Very refreshing and balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit vinous and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour that lets the strawberries really shine.
