Pours a semi clear amber with fine head.
Smell is malty and bready with some floral hints and nice underlying fruitiness. Notes of wheat dough, citrus and some herbalness.
Taste is bready and a bit sweet. Notes of crackers, citrus and a slight yeasty hint. Solid bitterness and a soft fruitiness. Very crisp and clean and a bit creamy.
Mouthfeel is medium. creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, an outstanding helles.
