Pours a clear pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is crackery, crisp and clean. Notes of citrus, Saltines and wheat.
Taste is very clean and crisp, crackery and slightly floral. Notes of toast, citrus and wheat dough with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable Helles.
