Looks like a standard blonde ale, smells good, nothing particularly great about the smell. Very solid taste with smooth clean, and lightly crisp malty flavor with a hint of citrus and a hint of bread. The smooth clean drinkability with no hint of heat is what really hits home along with a light mouthfeel. Drinking 2-3 of these quickly would not be hard. It's not too far from a refreshing glass of water 'feel'-wise. The version I had was reportedly 7.9% and whether it was 7.9 or 6.2 would be splitting hairs based on the feel and taste. Aaron Pachalhafar is a master brewer in my book and I am happy to drive 6 hours to drink his masterpieces.
