Copenhagen 27/4 2024. 44 cl can from Beer Me web-hop. Reflective can in pale metallic yellow.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a rather sweet and a bit sugary odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a tart streak of citrus fruits. Peach and pear. Oranges. Lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
DIPA which are on the sweet and almost sugary side.
