Copenhagen 26/5 2023. 44 cl can from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Dense and detailed pattern swirling downward on the can.
Pours opaque, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with a more prominent scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. A whiff of compost. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Weak nose but a nice rebound on the flavor.
