Copenhagen 14/2 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Picture of an American red Mountainous landscape with a yellow sky.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with tart notes of citrus fruit and unripe berries. Mango and pineapple. Citrus and lime Tart Gooseberries. Zesty and acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger, tart, bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and sharp.
Fine visit to the Vista.
