Our rich stout base, brewed using a combination of malts, oats and wheat, has the addition of both raspberry puree and molasses to give an initial tart flavour and lovely rich treacle finish.

Can. Labelled as a raspberry stout. Extra deep ruby red. Thin dense tan head.
Sweet treacle aroma. Charred bread and caramelised raspberry tart.
The fruit comes through strongly when tasted. Burnt bitter finish.
Medium body and carbonation.
If I ignore my distaste for fruit additives this was quite nice in flavour.
