Appearance: Slightly cloudy orange-yellow with a white head and some lacing.
Smell: Citrus and hoppy herbal resinous notes, and mango and passionfruit.
Taste: Moderate hoppy herbal bitterness up front with salty and spicy notes, evolving into tropical fruit, hop resin, and a light grain base. Long bitter finish.
Feel: Creamy, with low carbonation.
Overall: An okay NEIPA, but the bitterness and salty "darker" notes are overpowering the flavour profile, which means that it tastes slightly unbalanced. Maybe it's because the beer is past its best-before date.
