Look: Poured from a pint can to a tall Hefe glass. Deep golden yellow with a really nice and fluffy white head about two inches deep.
Smell: Barley, malts, corn, and maybe some caramel?
Taste: Definitely getting the aromas from the nose, plus strong wheat flavor. There are also some hints of honey which sweetens up the flavor a bit.
Feel: Light body and only 4.7% ABV, this one is an easy daytime or summer beer.
Overall: Kolsch is not my favorite style by any means but this is decent. Would be a solid local choice if you’re having a summer BBQ or doing 4th or July activities.
