Light and crisp pale lager that is inspired by the history of glass making in Fairfield County. A local lager that reminds us of why we fell in love with beer in the first place.

This seemed more like just an American Lager, not a German Helles. I didn't get enough German malt character to call it German. But it's a good beer.

I tried this out of the can at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with biscuit and grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
