Poured out of a 12 oz can into a goblet glass, this beer pours a slightly hazy, mainly clear copper/orangish color with a a white head that's about 2/3 of an inch thick when first served that eventually settles to a medium sized to thick ring lining the inside of the glass. Has some very small spots of cluster swirls of surface foam. Not much lacing at all here. Aromas of some bready malts, tart lactose sugar, and plum notes. A very similar flavor profile, with some bready malts, tart lactose sugar that provide some nice sourness along with just a slight hint of brown sugar toasted sweetness. This is followed by the aforementioned plum notes that gel well with/accentuate the other aforementioned flavors for a very pleasant flavor profile overall. Also has a slight hint of salt. Has a somewhat crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. This is very refreshing. I could see myself enjoying this quite a bit in the summer time, as this is very drinkable. Too bad this appears to be a winter seasonal beer. The different flavors linger nicely on my palate for a long time after each sip. A very good beer all around here!
