A:
Pretty hazy white gold with two fingers of marshmallow head, that sinks to rolling hills. Droopy lacing rings, good retention. (4.25)
S:
Dried mango, lime juice, very faint juniper, saltines. (4.25)
T:
Dry, crisp bitterness, some white bread malt. (3.25)
M:
Thin feel, very active carbonation, very session IPA feel overall. (3.25)
O:
A nice enough pale ale, but falls prey to the classic profile that comes from not having some booze to prop your hops on. The look and aroma are the real winners here. It is a very nice looking beer with a tropical fruity, inviting nose. The flavor and mouthfeel are carbonated plain hop tea. A little snap but not much flavor and kind of thin and fizzy on the whole.
