Copenhagen 8/4 2020. 44 cl. can from Mikkeller Webshop. What looks like some flying lumps of wet matter levitating with a strong red background on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a big white head. Settles as lumpy 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet exotic fruit and citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Lightly acerbic notes of citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is quite intense. Medium sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and fairly short. Fisnih is semi-dy.
Pretty light but with a pretty intense aroma and flavor fo the style.
