Juicy, hazy DIPA generously dry/bio-hopped with Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, and Centennial BBC. Thick, juicy, fruity, and deceivingly sessionable.

Copenhagen 30/3 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Red can with what looks like the texture of an old grainy photograph.
Pours hazy, opaque, golden yellow with a fairly big stable white head. Settles as 2 cm blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is intense with fermented sweetness and strong citric notes. Sweet fermented papayband mango. Mustard. Citrus and lemon. Prominent presence of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thick, smooth, soft, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by an almost as strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry and boozy.
Strong, powerful, boozy DIPA. Reminds me more of a screwdriver than a orange juice.
