Copenhagen 17/3 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Some obscure, fuzzy forms in red and orange shades on the can.
Pours murky, hazy, brown-is orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense, fruity and with a sharp, sour odor in the background. Sweet pineapple and peach. Mustard., citrus and clementine. Sour streak.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense. Medium strong fermented sweetness followed by a stronger, harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a fermented sweet undercurrent. Strong presence of alcohol. Semidry, boozy finish.
Boozy DIPA with a harsh and oily touch.
