Pours a dark amber color with a non retentive two finger head.
Smells of bread and grapefruit.
Very yeasty to start with, into a biscuit flavor. A very mild hop bite in the finish. Leaves some sticky lacing
Overall not a complicated brew but a decent one in my opinion.

Sharing a crowler of this with my good friend Passow, who brought this back to Cleveland with him. This beer is a double IPA that's 7.7% AVB. Poured into one of my tulip glasses, this beer pours a very clear, dark, amber/copper color with a nice white head that's about an inch thick when first poured. Head settles to a medium sized ring surrounding the inside of the glass along with some good lacing. Aromas of some slightly toasted, slightly bready malts with some big pine hop notes along with a bit of citrus notes. A very similar flavor profile here with some slightly toasted, slightly bready malts with some big pine and citrus hop notes. A very fresh hop taste here. Has a crisp, also smooth and frothy, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate to heavy carbonation. Has a clean finish.
