16 oz canned on 1/21/21. purchased at the brewery 6/10/21. Beautiful clear light straw color with rising carbonation bubbles and a fair amount of lacing left. Nice white stiff head about 2 fingers high, dissipating over time until a thin film covers the liquid after about 5 minutes. Upon pouring the smell is one of fresh green serrano papers. Same on the taste but only the faintest heat associated with the peppers. Avery clean dry finish. Really nice Kolsch
