This is a great festbier. It’s highly drinkable, malty, and complex enough to ponder it without it being too cloying.

Clear golden orangey brew with plenty of foam in the chalice. Nice aroma of straw and green hops. Starts out malty with a touch of sweetness. Sort of a corn taste with a hint of resiny hops in the finish. Just a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, but enough to cleanse the palate for another gulp. Quite pleasant, if a little sweet. I wouldn't call it a great example of the Oktoberfest style but it's certainly easy to drink. From the 16 oz can purchased at Trader Joes. Dated 09/05/23.

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a mostly transparent yellow with fluffy white head. Good lacing. Bubbles rising throughout. The nose is yeast, lemon, wheat, biscuits, grass, and a bit of caramel. The taste is good. Sweet with a lot of grain. Wheat, honey, slight hoppy bitterness, leather, grass, and citrus peel. Overall, definitely drinkable. Not the best, not the worst.

16 ounce single from Trader Joe's, first beer from this brewery. The pour is fairly light in color, a medium straw with a light haze. Thin cap of foam drops to a light surface film. Color seems to imply perhaps a wheat component.
Aroma of floral hops and a hint of lemon, malt depth seems subdued. Taste follows with a lemony oil feel and not much follow through in the malt department. Feel is pleasant yet a bit light for the style, firming up slightly with warming. Overall a bit light and perfumy, drinks like a pils in a way yet the 5.8 percent it goes unnoticed.
