Murky body, with the body color of reddish orange. Very active white head climbs up the glass with the pour but immediately retreats to a full cap. Long lasting surface storm with rising bubbles. Only a few small spots of lacing are left behind.
Aroma gives hints of strawberry fruit over the toasted malts.
Taste is sweet toasted malts with the addition of sweet strawberry. Aftertaste is just a dilution of the main flavor profile.
Medium mouthfeel. Very prickly with very high carbonation in the mouth with each sip. Immediate tongue sting with each sip but this fades quickly. Overall bitterness is low. Very high carbonation.
The brew is highly carbonated, has a murky appearance, and includes a fresh strawberry flavor.
