I had this beer on-tap in a chalice at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a rather juicy fruit character; slightly citrusy with a mild tropicality. Not super rich, but I like it.
Taste: malt is a bit on the sweet side but it adds that nice juiciness to the hop character, which has a light passionfruit and orange peel flavor to it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer just appeals to me. Not the most complex thing out there, but it’s really hitting the spot for me.
