I had this beer on-tap in a chalice at the brewery.
Appearance: rich dark brown hue with a finger of dark tan foam atop.
Smell: nicely malty aroma with a hint of caramel and chocolate. Not bad.
Taste: a nice malt character with some toast and caramel, although it’s perhaps a bit on the astringent side for my taste.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: a cromulent and drinkable porter, if not an outstanding one.

Taster at brewery. Almost black pour, small bubbly beige head. Rich roasty aroma and taste, nice bitter bite. Dark chocolate, burnt toast. Really nice.
