Just enough malt to offer a slightly nutty brown color, not red enough for what I would call amber.
This has been a staple since day one. It's a slightly hop-forward pale ale. Usually about the most full-bodied menu choice without going for a Scottish, an IPA, or an occasional Belgian offering.
