16 ounce can - $3.00 at Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a very dark brown, near black body with a very thin, dark tan head that fizzles away instantaneously, like a store-brand cola.
Smell: The aroma is DOA, I'm afraid. Faroff, altogether ho-hum hints of cola, prune and that is it.
Taste: Just a vague flat cola flavor with the merest hints of chocolate, dark fruit and the faintest alcoholic heat on the tongue. No real sweetness imparted. Absolutely lifeless in all aspects. I don't get it, I really do not. They've been around awhile to work things out, they seem to have ample backing, even enough to be working towards a second location. And this is the beer they're putting out? This is amateur hour. Again, I'm sorry, I don't understand.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Low carbonation.
Drinkability: "The Official Beer of the Chattahoochee River" - that's outstanding, the place where they find countless headless goats year after year.
