Taster at brewery. Pale, clear yellow pour, filmy head. Light grainy aroma, cereal. Taste is bready and biscuity with a mild crispy finish. Kind of weak overall.

From the growler, it pours a nice clear golden yellow color with a modest white head. Citrus and, surprisingly, pear in the nose. In the mouth, it is lightly bitter, with some citrus and a bit sweet for the style. Enjoyable, but not a pilsner!
