Our Summer Seasonal begins with our Biking Viking Blonde recipe with a little extra honey malt. Blueberries are added towards the end of fermentation. We also had a touch more hops than our normal Blonde to help balance the Blueberry sweetness. The result is a very crisp drinkable refreshing fruit beer.

Nice blueberry flavor on a lightly sweet ale. Nicely done light blueberry beer.
