Pours a vibrant orange with low head. Looks just like mango juice.
Smell is tart and fruity with huge mango notes that you smell from 10 feet away. Some youghurt and vanilla notes emerge when you stick your nose in.
Taste is very tart with a mineral tinge to it. A LOT of mango, along with some citrus, grass and youghurt. Very refreshing with that distinct, fruity Kveik vibe, and a hint of earthiness on the finish. Pretty complex actually.
Mouthfeel is creamy, but dry, well carbonated.
Overall, a very interesting Berliner, with both traditional and modern elements.
