Pours a murky reddish orange with with fine, soapy head.
Smell is tart with big notes of raspberries and raspberry jam, and backing notes of cherries, grapes, oak and a bit of sweetness.
Taste is tart and a bit acidic, with notes of oak, raspberries, raspberry jam, cranberries, cherries and grapes. Dry, slightly vinous finish. Very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium and dry with lively carbonation.
Overall, a very tasty sour, with great balance.
