An oud bruin style ale aged in stainless steel with our house culture, conditioned on Belgian cherries and Norfolk raspberries. Bottle conditioned.

Pours a dark reddish purple ith low, pink head.
Smell is tart with notes of raspberries, cherries, cherry pits, cherry jam and a hint of almond.
Taste is tart with a slight sweetness. Notes of cherries, raspberries, almonds and hints of vinegar, lime and lemon. Dry and a bit vinous.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and slightly under carbonated.
Overall, a very nice take on an Oud Bruin, well balanced and drinkable.
