Copenhagen 24/2 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop- Black can in Pastore's usual design with drawing of a happy goat longing for blackcurrant juices.
Pours opaque murky, light burgundy red with a small white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity, sweet odor mingling with tart scents. Blackcurrants. Touch of lemonade. Citrus and tart berries.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a tart, sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a light touch of vinegar. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid Berliner Weisse with a nice dry finish.
