Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is crisp and tart with notes of lime, lemon, lemon peel and a hint of grass.
Taste is crisp and tart with a soft acidity. Notes of lime, lemon, white wine and grapes with a slight bitterness. Very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin and dry with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a very drinkable and refreshing sour.
